Ms. Ankita Agarwal, BBA, LLB (Hons) is a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Law with honors from National Law School (NLU), Jodhpur. She has exposure to corporate laws and is presently engaged in the area of Insolvency Law in India. She has keen interest in company law and corporate governance and has many published articles to her credit.
