Biography

Betsy A. Hays is a sought-after speaker, educator and facilitator who specializes in communication and productivity topics, as well as the subject matter of this book. She is the lead Public Relations and Advertising Professor for the Department of Media, Communications and Journalism at California State University, Fresno. In addition to managing the advertising and public relations option, Hays is the faculty adviser for the Public Relations Student Society of America.
