Carolina Rocha is Associate Director of the Lemann Center for Brazilian Studies at the University of Illinois. She specializes in contemporary Latin American cinema and literature. She is the author of Argentine Cinema and National Identity 1966-1976 (2017), Masculinities in Contemporary Argentine Popular Films (2015), and several edited volumes on Latin American cinema.
