Cecilia Rizcallah

Cecilia Rizcallah is Professor of European and Human Rights Law at UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles, and Visiting Professor at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, the College of Europe in Bruges. She is the co-president of the Belgian Association for European Union Law (BEDER) and a member of the Collegium of the Royal Academy of Belgium.
