CHERLYN SKROMME GRANROSE is Professor of Organizational Behavior at Claremont Graduate School, Center for Organizational and Behavioral Sciences. She is coauthor of several books, including Work-Family Role Choices for Women in Their 20s and 30s (Praeger, 1996).
