Collette Snowden is an academic with a prior career working as a journalist, publicist, musician, community activist, political media advisor, and media strategist. Her research and teaching in Communication and Media examines the transformation of communication and media practices, and subsequent social and cultural effects of the interaction between technology, time and space, societal structures, and policy.
