Daliany Jerónimo Kersh completed her history PhD in 2016 and is author of "Women’s Work in Special Period Cuba: Making Ends Meet" (2019). She has also published on women’s work and activism in Latin America as well as on Caribbean female students’ triple consciousness. She currently teaches black British history at NYU, Fordham, and Boston’s London campuses.
