DANIEL CZAMANSKI is Professor of Urban Economics at Technion—Israel Institute of Technology and a member of the Klutznick Center for Urban and Regional Studies./e He has also been a faculty member at Ohio State University and an Institute Fellow in Economics at the National Regulatory Research Institute. As an advisor to two ministers of energy in Israel, he prepared the draft legislation to reform the electricity sector in Israel.
