Heather A. Howard is an associate professor/business information specialist and associate department head in the Purdue Libraries and School of Information Studies. She is a member of Purdue Library’s Information Resources Council and head of collections for the Parrish Library of Management and Economics. She is founder of the Midwest Business Librarian Summit and has published in the Journal of Business & Finance Librarianship, The Journal of Academic Librarianship, College & Research Libraries, Reference Services Review, and Information Technology and Libraries.
