ISAAC PHIRI is director of international training for Cook Communications, a not-for-profit organization that promotes indigenous publishing around the world./e He is also adjunct professor of social science in the Master of Liberal Studies program at Regis University in Colorado. He has written numerous journal and magazine articles and book chapters.
