Lieutenant Colonel James Chandler is a serving British Army officer with operational experience in Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan and Iraq. He is also one of the Army’s leading academic Fellows, having completed long-term secondments at Cambridge University, the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) and King’s College London.
