Karl Boger has compiled U.S. Industrial Policy: An Annotated Bibliograhy of Books and Government Documents and Postwar Industrial Policy in Japan: An Annotated Bibliography. He received his PhD in economics from the New School for Social Research and his Masters of Library Science from SUNY, Buffalo.
