Michael Mascio, PhD, is a scholar of Roman Stoicism and a teacher of Latin, Greek, and literature at Main Line Classical Academy. His research explores ancient moral psychology, philosophy as a way of life, and Stoicism’s relevance today. With over a decade of continuous sobriety, he offers a rare blend of rigorous classical training and authentic engagement with recovery. He lives in the Philadelphia area, USA.
