Odomaro Mubangizi is Deputy Director and Director of Academic Affairs for the Proposed Hekima University, Kenya. Formerly he was Dean of Philosophy Department at the Institute of Philosophy and Theology, in Addis Ababa, where he taught philosophy and theology. He has published extensively on African politics and social ethics. He has also taught courses on globalization at Sophia University, Japan, as a visiting professor.
