Sébastien Lebray is Doctor of Musicology and holder of the Agrégation. He teaches Popular Music History, Electronic Music, Musical Theory and Analysis, Analog Synthesis and Organology at the University of Strasbourg, France. His research concentrates on popular music and ‘DJ culture,’ focusing on compositional processes, technologies of creation and musical analysis.
