This edition includes data from the first release of the 2020 Census—the Redistricting Data File—and population estimates derived by the Census Bureau using the new census numbers. Information on COVID-19 from the Centers for Disease Control is included for states and counties in Table B. This includes the number and rate of deaths from COVID-19 in 2020 for each county, as well as the number and rate of persons vaccinated through April 2022.
