Biography

Curt Thompson is Head of Strings at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, Australia. He is an accomplished violin soloist, teacher, chamber musician and lecturer, and convenor of Australia’s richest prize for violinists, the Dorcas McClean Travelling Scholarship for Violinists.
