Grace Quantock
Biography
Grace Quantock is a writer and psychotherapeutic counselor. Grace is a London Library Emerging Writer and winner of A Writing Chance Award from Michael Sheen and New Writing North. She was shortlisted for The Nan Shepherd Prize in 2021 and the Writers and Artists Working-Class Writers' Prize. Grace has been published and featured in The Guardian, The New Statesman, The Observer, The Times, The Hay Festival, and listed as a Marie Claire magazine Wonder Woman. Her TEDx Talk "Using Your Brokenness to Break Boundaries" went viral and is taught in university syllabi and schools across the UK and beyond. She helps folks live well with pain, illness, and trauma without disembodiment, burnout, or blame. Over the last 15 years, she's provided therapeutic support, psychoeducation and advocacy to thousands of people with complex bodies and lives through workshops, courses, books, and 1:1 therapeutic sessions.
