John P. DeRosa is an affiliated faculty with the Narrative Lab and Clinic at the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University and adjunct associate professor in the Department of Government and Politics of the University of Maryland Global Campus. He has served more than twenty-five years as a soldier, officer, and civilian in the US Department of Defense.
