John Stannard

John Stannard OBE is a senior lecturer at Queens University Belfast. He is a member of the Society of Legal Scholars, a Fellow of the Institute of Teaching and Learning, and a Past President of the Irish Association of Law Teachers. He has co-authored Termination of Breach of Contract (2020) and Delay in the Performance of Contractual Obligations (2018) both with OUP and has published more widely on criminal law and procedure in the Law Quarterly Review, Legal Studies, the Journal of Criminal Law and the Northern Ireland Legal Quarterly.
