Juliane Vogel is Professor for Modern German Literature and Literary Theory at the University of Konstanz, Germany. She was visiting professor at Princeton University, Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, and the University of Chicago. She is the author of several books including Making an Entrance. Appearing on the Stage from Racine to Nietzsche (2022) and editor of several volumes including Flucht und Szene. Perspektiven und Formen eines Theaters der Fliehenden (2018 with Bettine Menke).
