Biography
Milly Buonanno is a former Professor of Television Studies at Sapienza, University of Rome, Italy. A co-editor of The Sage Handbook of Television studies (2014), she has extensively researched and published on television theory and history, previously publishing The Age of Television (2008) and Italian TV drama and beyond (2012). She has pioneered gender and media studies in Italy.
