Biography
Rachel Walker is an independent theatre historian, currently working at the Victoria Theatre Archive in Stoke-on-Trent, UK, as an archivist and exhibition curator. She has written various articles relating to the history of the Victoria Theatre, such as ‘“Gesticulating Peanuts”: an introduction of theatre-in-the-round to British theatre in the 1950s’, and ‘“One of the few theatres in England who really care about dramatists”: New Writing at the Victoria Theatre, Stoke-on-Trent in the 1960s’.
