Ralf Drachenberg
Biography
Ralf Drachenberg is a long-standing policy analyst in the European Parliamentary Research Service (EPRS), in Brussels, in the unit dedicated to analyzing the European Council. He has authored or co-authored over 180 publications on the activities of the European Council, ranging from short “at-a-glance” pieces to lengthy, detailed studies. He regularly makes presentations on the European Council to citizens, students, and EU officials, and holds a PhD in European politics from the University of Brunel.
