Biography
Richard S. Conley is Professor of Political Science at the University of Florida, USA, where he has taught for 27 years. He is the author or editor of 13 books on the presidency, and author or co-author of 30 refereed articles on the presidency and comparative politics. His research and teaching focuses on the presidency, presidential-congressional relations, comparative political institutions (Canada, France, Ireland), and Native American Studies.
