Dr. Stefan Manser-Egli is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Amsterdam and the University of Basel, funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation. Manser-Egli holds a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Neuchâtel (summa cum laude). He studied Political Philosophy and Gender Studies at the University of Bern (MA), and International Relations at the University of Geneva (BA). His work has been published in Migration Studies, European Societies, Social Politics, Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies, and International Studies Quarterly, among others. He is co-coordinator of the IMISCOE Research Network Standing Committee Reflexivities in Migration Studies.
