Biography
Terri Andrews is a systems consultant with a focus on the development, implementation, improvement and assessment of HSEQ Management Systems within a diverse range of industries. Terri is the co-author of the book, Integrated Management Systems: Leading Strategies and Solutions. For almost 25 years, Terri has guided dozens of organizations through the design, management and improvement of operational and management policies, procedures and documentation across all organizational functions including: strategic and upper management, human resources, procurement, design, construction & fabrication, service delivery, production, QHSE system management and quality improvement (corrective action, incident management, lessons learned systems, auditing, etc.) Her work has spanned a wide range ofprivate and public sectors includingoil & gas, manufacturing, research & design, service, aviation, education, government, tourism, aquaculture and medical and laboratory facilities.
