Biography

Timotheus Vermeulen is Professor of Media, Culture and Society at the University of Oslo, where he teaches and writes on media and cultural theory and aesthetics. He is also an art critic. His latest book, Plastic Time: Gesture on Screen, is to be published in 2026.
