Biography
Yael Halevi-Wise is Associate Professor of English at McGill University, USA. Her books include Interactive Fictions: Scenes of Storytelling in the Novel (2003), Sephardism: Spanish/Jewish History & the Modern Literary Imagination (2012) and most recently, The Retrospective Imagination of A.B. Yehoshua (2020). Her numerous articles have appeared in journals such as Prooftexts, Israel Studies Review, Hebrew Studies, Jewish Quarterly Review, and Dickens Quarterly, among others.
