Maritime Administration regulations cover policies, practices and procedures, maritime carriers, subsidized vessels, vessel financing assistance, emergency operations, training, and ports. The Maritime Commission also holds the responsibility for maritime carriers, terminals, tariffs, domestic offshore commerce, and foreign commerce.
