Jaguar Books on Latin America

The books in this series are designed for use in undergraduate courses in history, political science, and Chicano and Hispanic studies. Each volume consists of a mix of previously published articles, commissioned essays, and documents on a particular topic of broad interest, with an introduction written by the volume editor placing the topic and the selections in context. A bibliography of suggested works in English for further study completes each volume. As a mini-library from which professors can choose when ordering books for their classes, this series provides an invaluable resource for Latin American Studies.
