ANIMAL JUSTICE: Indian Judiciary on Cruelty to Animals to Animal Sacrifice and Cow Slaughter to Mob Lynching maneuvers a unique methodology. It has its origins in modern American jurisprudential studies which have now become indispensable to establish the law in a scientific method. It is a collection of case laws which depict the views of Indian judiciary on use of animals in farming; the maintaining of animals in zoos; using of animals as carrier, transportation of animals, and the keeping of pet animals; the use of animals in experimentation, performing animals in sports & culture and the protection of wild animals and endangered species. Every species has a right to life and security, according to the Supreme Court of India. Animals too have a right against being tortured and against infliction of unnecessary pain or suffering. According to the Delhi High Court, there is a need to spread awareness that even animals have a right to live with respect and dignity in our society. In 2000, Kerala High Court asked why our educational institutions do not offer a course on 'Animal Rights Law'.
