Biography
Jill Berry taught English for 30 years across six different schools in the UK, state and independent, and was a headteacher for the last ten years. Since leaving headship she has completed a doctorate, researching the transition to headship; written a book: Making the Leap - Moving from Deputy to Head (2016); and carried out an extensive range of leadership development work.
