Jillienne Haglund is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Kentucky, where she also directs an undergraduate certificate program in Peace Studies. She is the author of Regional Courts, Domestic Politics and the Struggle for Human Rights (Cambridge University Press, 2020).
