Laura Proietti is a newly established Italian illustrator who studied Illustration and Animation in Palermo, Sicily, where she is based. She now specialises in children’s books and her work has been published across Europe. Laura first read the Harry Potter stories when her dad gave her a copy of the first adventure, and she was enchanted by the magic at the heart of the books. She is a proud Slytherin, and as a cat-lover is particularly fond of Kneazles. ‘They are absolutely my favourite creatures from the wizarding world.’
