Temmuz Süreyya Gürbüz is a filmmaker and film scholar based in Dublin. They specialize in film theory, global media studies, documentary and experimental film, and currently teach across University of Galway and University College Dublin. They are recipient of the Irish Research Council Postdoctoral Fellowship (2022–2024) and the Agility Award from the Arts Council of Ireland (2023), supporting their film practice and academic research.
