Biography

Thierry Oppeneer is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Ancient History at Ghent University, Belgium. His work focuses on the intersection between ancient history and literary studies. He has published several articles and book chapters on ancient forms of democracy and popular political participation in the Greek cities of the Roman empire.
