The Hut that Grew
Description
When Princess Zena discovers she must move from her spacious, luxurious palace
to live in the tiny gatekeeper's hut, she is devastated. Then a wise old man offers her some help - every day, the princess is told to fill the house with more and more animals. Soon she is sharing her bed with chickens and monkeys and a goat and a camel, and things aren't getting better, they're getting worse! But when they all leave, has the princess finally got what she wanted?
The Hut that Grew is a retelling of an Ethiopian folk tale.
