Biography
Eileen Cho studied Hansik (traditional Korean cuisine) at Hansol Academy in tandem with courses at the Korean Royal Cuisine Institute under Han Bok Ryeo, a decorated Korean cuisine researcher and food historian. She has written and photographed Korean food for a number of media outlets, including NPR.
