Gabriela Perez

Gabriela Perez, M.A., is a first-generation Mexican American and emerging museum professional focused on bilingual programs in museums. As an intern at The Bruce Museum, Gabriela launched the museum's first bilingual program, engaging preschoolers and caregivers in art and science through story time and hands-on activities. Holding a master's degree in museum education from the University of the Arts, Gabriela is committed to exploring the impact of bilingual programs on underrepresented communities. She aims to empower visitors of all ages, especially those who may not have felt welcomed, to engage confidently with museums.
