Holly Daffurn is a professional writer, and ran a successful massage therapy and complementary healthcare business specialising in pregnancy yoga, massage and active birth. She has written for The Green Parent, Natural Health, The Ecologist and DIVA. She runs workshops that offer young people the space, opportunity and support to get their voices heard and also works as a mentor with young people who have been identified as 'at risk.'
