Noah Theriault is internationally recognised for his work on Indigeneity, social change, and environmental politics in the Philippines. Since 2006, he has conducted collaborative research with Indigenous communities on Palawan Island in the Philippines. He is the author of A Forest of Dreams: Conservation, Capitalism, and Indigenous Rights in the Philippines (University of Hawai’i Press, 2025).
