Tricia S. Jones is professor at Temple University, USA. She is also past president of the Temple University Faculty Senate. She served as vice-president and member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Conflict Management, the nation’s largest professional association for dispute resolution and conflict management specialists. She has authored 8 books and over 75 articles and book chapters and has given more than 250 presentations at national and international conferences.
