Biography

Uchenna Onuzulike is Associate Professor of Communication at Bowie State University, USA. His research focuses on (critical) intercultural communication, ethnic and diasporic identities, communication theories, organizational communication, transnational media, the interrelationships of religion, culture, folk beliefs, and language, as well as Nollywood and film analysis and criticism. He has numerous publications, including peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. One of his recent significant contributions as a critical intercultural scholar has been the conceptualization and development of Ethnic Communication Theory (2018, 2022).
