Wallace Thornton, Jr. holds degrees from the University of Kentucky, God’s Bible School and College, and Cincinnati Bible Seminary. He is an independent scholar and author of Radical Righteousness: Personal Ethics and the Development of the Holiness Movement (1998) and When the Fire Fell: Martin Wells Knapp’s Vision of Pentecost and the Beginnings of God’s Bible School (2014).
