Zeyneb Sayilgan, PhD, is Muslim Scholar at the Institute for Islamic, Christian and Jewish Studies (Baltimore) and affiliated faculty at Virginia Theological Seminary. She earned her PhD in Theological and Religious Studies from Georgetown University and holds degrees from Hartford Seminary and Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. Her work focuses on Islamic theology and spirituality, especially Said Nursi, Christian–Muslim relations, and religion and migration. She hosts the podcast On Being Muslim.
