- Zoi Krokida
Biography
Zoi Krokida is Lecturer in AI, Innovation and Law at Brunel University of London, UK. She is also an International Research Fellow at the Information Society Law Centre of the University of Milan (2022-2025) and a visiting Lecturer at the University of Trento (2022, 2023). She is a member of the Coordinating Board of the Scottish Law and Innovation Network (SCOTLIN) and the co-convenor of the Cyberlaw stream of the Society of Legal Scholars. Her research interests include IP Law and New Technologies, ISPs’ regulatory framework, online defamation and responsible use of AI technology. She has published extensively in leading journals such as the European Law Review, Intellectual Property Quarterly and European Intellectual Property Review and she is the author of Internet Service Provider Liability for Copyright and Trade Mark Infringement: Towards an EU Co-Regulatory Framework (2022, Hart Publishing).
