Holly Kruse is Professor of Communications at Rogers State University, USA. Her research has appeared in journals including Popular Music, New Media and Society, and Popular Music and Society. She is the author of the books Site and Sound: Understanding Independent Music Scenes and Off-Track and Online: The Networked Spaces of Horse Racing.
