Biography
Ian Tellam has worked for ten years on energy, environment and development issues in a number of international non-governmental organizations (NGOs). He is currently a Senior Consultant in International Energy Policy with the Centre for Energy Conservation and Environmental Technology in Delft, the Netherlands, and an Associate Lecturer in International Environmental Policy with the Open University in the UK.
