Louis A. Franceschini is as a senior research consultant with the Center for Research in Educational Policy (CREP) at the University of Memphis. Franceschini has taught in both elementary and secondary schools, in private and as well as public settings. Prior to joining CREP, he was a member of the Research and Evaluation staff at the Memphis City Schools, where he served three different superintendents over a period of 12 years.
